I replaced the stock paste with this Corsair paste, and now it idles between 30C-38C on a mild overclock.

The thermal performance starts to take a dive especially when your components reach higher TDPs. I recommend this for people who don't plan to tinker with their base system. The value is also lacking there are better thermal solutions that get you more compound for less money that have much better thermal performance such as artic mx4, thermal grizzly, etc..
