My young nieces and nephews are just learning to read numbers and the alphabet. The next step is teaching them to use the telephone. This simple corded version is a perfect choice. It doesn't have additional features that may confuse them. It is working out just fine. The sales representative was the one who made this selection. I told him what I needed, a "no frills phone," and he told me he had just what I wanted.

This is an ok phone . Got it for a seniors need for the large numbers. Only problem is that We hung it on the wall and the piece to hold the hand set doesn’t work real well. It doesn’t keep receiver units cradle very well. It has Fallen a few times already just glad it hasn’t cracked yet.

this phone was bought for use by a senior who wanted simplicity, large buttons and was easy to use. It fit the bill completely!

My 94-year-old mom's phone died and I needed to find a simple phone for her. I was astonished that even with the ageing of America there were no more than a very small handful of simple phones out there. Most had a bunch of useless tiny buttons that older folks or those with arthritis could use. This was a great find and my mom is again happily chatting with her great grandkids.

I bought this for my in-laws. My mother-in-law is legally blind, but has a little sight left. Between the large buttons and the fact that some buttons can be programed, she and my father-in-law are very happy with the phone. The sound quality is better than with some other phones they had tried.

I brought this phone for my mom. She need big button to see so she can dail the phone also the 3 memory button work like a charm

I really love the Cortelco ez Touch Corded Phone. I love the fact that the numbers on the phone are big and so far it's working beautifully. I wanted an extra phone in the bedroom and the Cortelco fits perfectly. I'm so glad I saw it when I was in Best Buy. The price was so low I couldn't believe it. It's a great extra extra phone.

Purchased this for my 92-year-old mother who not only was having a hard time seeing the phone buttons but was also having a hard time pressing the keys due to her arthritis. This phone was the perfect answer to both problems. She loves it!

I bought this for my grandmother. She has bad eye sight so I went with the big numbers, unfortunately it's a very bad design because the color of the numbers don't show well with the color of the buttons. She needs the numbers written over with a dark marker. With the current lock down of assistant living homes I'm not about to do that so she has to struggle for now. Would not suggest this product unless they change either the button or number color.

I shopped several places looking for a phone for my visually impaired aunt and finally found this one online at Best Buys. My aunt loves it. She said the numbers are big and they are bigger than any phone I shopped for and I shopped at Target, Meijer, Walmart and K-Mart. The only improvement I would make is to make the numbers black. It is not necessary but it would make the product even better.

MIL really likes this new phone. She has been resisting the need for hearing aids. She couldn’t hear on her previous phones and this really works well for her.

When my mother got to the point she needed to move to assisted living, she needed a corded phone she could use with her limited eyesight. We programmed the speed dial buttons and labeled the buttons with names. This feature is very beneficial! With the large numbers on the keypad, she can dial numbers as well. This phone has made it possible for her to call people at her cocnvenience.

We've used the phone and it works great. We liked the programmable buttons that can have pictures inserted. Easy for parents to select person to call and push that button. Also has additional programming features, but we didn't use them because too confusing for elderly.
