I purchased this dehumidifier two weeks ago and it pulls so much humidity out of my house that I have to empty it on a daily basis. I am beyond excited that I made this purchase. I highly recommend this dehumidifier for anyone who has problems with humidity.

I purchased the costway 100-pinnt October 13, 2025 and unfortunately it did not work. I called costway customer service and explained to them that dehumidifier was not working properly and that the water was not going in the tank, that the water was running through my carpet. I got a full refund for it.

Flood disaster saved

My basement flooded during a rain disaster. After three inches of water throughout the rooms, I needed to get it really dry. This dehumidifier is rated for a house 4 times the size of mine, so it has sucked every bit of moisture out of all the boxes, books, and paperwork. It kept my losses to a minimum and save a lot of books.
