The delivery was screwed up and went to the wrong address. I contacted the seller to let them know I had not received the item I ordered and paid for. They told me I should try to contact the person who received the delivery. They only offered me the address of the mistaken delivery. After several days of no help, no suggestions (other than go get it yourself) I figured out where it was delivered, contacted the people that lived at the address where the item was delivered. I coordinated a time they would be home and broke the 6 miles and retrieved it myself. I will never again do business with Costway.
