I purchased this unit and my Hvac ppl said that my walls wouldn't hold, however best buy wouldn't let me return this item because i missed the return window, due to being on Vacation and they would not honor my return. The customer service team was rude and the manager i spoke to was very rude.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
