Awful Product, Worse Return Process

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful overall experience. Package arrived with holes in the box, then the instructions did not match the product and was not possible to assemble. After assembling as best possible, the machine would not turn on. Went to my local bestbuy to return as stated on their site - they refused to accept the return in store. Took several back and forths to figure out how to return to the vendor and had to box the item and bring it to fedex, no at home pickup either. Would never buy through bestbuy 3rd party vendors again, just go with Amazon in case you need to return the item and you will not have to deal with this...
