I would not recommend this company. My oven arrived broken, and instead of quickly resolving the issue, the customer service process was a nightmare. Communication was slow and frustrating, especially with the time difference, which dragged everything out far longer than it should have. The oven itself is nice, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

This oven cooks well and even has a timer to turn it off so you don't overcook anything. It has three knobs: Temperature, Timer, and (I guess), Mode. My issue is that the Mode knob only has symbols marking it, and not words. I can't remember what each of them is for, and the symbols aren't intuitive. Otherwise we're pretty happy with this purchase.

Perfect size and the look is so classic! Electrician said it was Easy to install. Super easy to use and instructions are clear. It’s all very user friendly. Only used once so far but I love it! I’d purchase this again.

Because it was a built in oven, that requires a specific size, I put in the parameters of 22" inch into Best Buy's built in oven page as well as stainless steel. Up popped a stove fitting those parameters and it was on a great sale price! Awesome! However, when I received it it was 23" Chrome. When asking customer service about it - they said the system just automatically sends what's closest if what you wanted was out of stock. Yeah...... Maybe the stove works fine - I've no idea as I sent it back. Just warning you to make sure what you ordered is what you receive before you take your kitchen apart.
