Difficult Assembly: The instructions were vague and poorly written, making the entire process frustrating. On top of that, the pieces didn’t fit together seamlessly, so I had to struggle just to align everything properly.
Additional tools are required for assembly, which is unacceptable for a product marketed as user-friendly. I had to make a separate trip to the hardware store to purchase tools just to put it together.
What should have been a quick process became a lengthy ordeal due to poor design and missing tools.
Even after assembly, the shovel’s performance was mediocre at best. Save yourself the headache and look for a better, more user-friendly product.
