I bought it because it seemed affordable and I don't have much to compare it to. It does its job! I live in a very small apartment and when I got this the humidity was ABSOLUTELY KILLING me, but this has handled a lot of that problem. Like using it for a few weeks now and it has considerably cut down on how humid things get. Pros: Yeah, cuts down on humidity, does its job and works well for my small space. Like if it's been running I can feel the difference inside vs stepping outside. I'm not certain the "drying" mode actually makes much of a difference?? But maybe I'll test that more? I do like that you can see the water level outside it. It's also pretty quiet so I'm not mad about it. It's not all that heavy or cumbersome either so it's easy to move around Cons: So in terms of the automatic shut off... It *does* work... but what happens is it will beep first to warn you but it will keep running. There's a little bobble inside which I guess triggers the censor? It will beep when there are a couple of inches left from being filled... However it will not actually shut off until it's like *actually filled to the brim*... and ah... If you wait that long you might get some spilling as you try to change it because it's FULL If I were smarter... I'd be better at emptying it before like I turn in for the night or when I when I wake up regardless of the level...But hey, at least I do know for sure that auto-shut off does actually work...Just know that like after it beeps, it's still gonna run for maybe a couple more hours. When I first got it there was an odd noise, but it was literally just the handle vibrating against it, so I just adjusted that and it stopped. On the whole its not any louder than my fan and it didn't take me long to adjust to the new like "white noise" of it and tune it out.

Worked fine for about a week or two but now it have been noticing water leaking on floor. It has a sensor to trigger when its full but it still continues running which leads to it overflowing

Can't believe how much water this dehumidifier pulls out of the air. About 8 to 9 hours it will fill up. There is an automatic shut off when it does fill up. First dehumidifier I have purchased and works great, no complaints.

Would give 0 stars - didn’t work from point of plug in. Was throwing error codes. Normally we can problem solve them but this was too far gone.
