Missing critical hardware

I have built these put together yourself units before but this one is really cheap. The top of the cabinet is screwed In to the sides not from the top so there is no strength for the TV on top. The legs are hollow plastic and worst of all it was missing critical cam locks and screws and had to scrounge local hardware stores to put it together. I like the design in the front but not worth the sacrifice in quality.
