Not worth the hassle

I’d order this item and it was delivered by one of those Roadie drivers that Best Buy uses, and it was delivered to the wrong building by the time I was aware of what was going on and I was able to go to the other building. The package was taken by someone. This happened two weeks ago this happened before Christmas and there still hasn’t been a resolution to this. I am very disappointed in this.
