I have yet to find a replacement, and the thought of spending more money on this chair more than frustrating.

The chair never arrived and the shipper wouldn’t reship because they were afraid the next one would also get lost/ damaged in transit by Amazon shipping. Needless to say I would not attempt to purchase from this company again.
