I'm not happy about this chair, not at all. Two reasons; Firstly, I chose this chair because it advertised (falsely) in the photos that the back of the chair goes up 29" from the top of the seat to the top of the headrest. It's NOT. In fact, it's a full 2 inches shorter. It's 27", which means it hits my neck, NOT my head, which is why I needed that height. I'm 6' - 1" This is blatant false advertising and misleading information, and this is a pretty substantial purchase, AKA, not cheap. See my photos for what they promised, vs what the REAL measurement is. In the pic, I have the tape measure all the way down the chair pushing on the seat. As you can see, it's 27 inches, max... M tape measure is at the exact center (highest point) of the back of the chair. Secondly, there is no way this padding is rated for 400lbs, as promised. I weight a lot less than that, and it's already flatter than the other chair I had for 2 years, after sitting in it for 15-20 minutes max... Not cool. And the back padding has some sort of bar across the inside of the chair that I can already feel hitting my back. I've already invested the time to drag that heavy box all over the place and to put this thing together, so I don't want to take this thing completely apart and return it, because I know the process would likely be a nightmare. This things is just awful. I really regret buying this, and I do NOT recommend buying this chair. I feel I wasted a lot of money, and I really needed a better chair. For reference, I've owned many chairs over the years, so this isn't a new thing for me. This one simply doesn't measure up. And my back and my rear already hurt. Super disappointed and I still need a chair.
