    I've been usin this griddle for a couple of weeks and honestly, so far so good. It was definitely worth the deal. The only things I would mention to anyone interested in purchasing is that while it's long, it is more on the narrow side. Also, there isn't much heat build up on the outer edges of the griddle. You get the better cooking quality more towards the center of the griddle. But overall, very nice.

    I was under the impression that I could cook food hibachi style, and that is not the case. This unit does not get hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. Don’t waste your money.
