Last November I got a lower back injury and had to change my home office work chair for something more suitable for my new condition.
The chair has a very good lumbar support and is very comfortable, I was able to seat for longer times without any pain, I still enjoy the use of this chair since I work from home almost every day of the month.
I don't use the kneading massage option as I don't want cables going out of my chair to avoid a tripping hazard so won't be able to make a review on that.
Was relatively simple to setup, I struggled a bit with the wheels - the instruction manual didn't mentioned that had to be "pushed" with a bit of an "Umph" but all worked in the end.
My cats love my new chair too, they never sat on my previous chair. If you have pets, ensure to have a pet roller on your desk as the chair is a little bit of a pet hair magnet :)
