    Last November I got a lower back injury and had to change my home office work chair for something more suitable for my new condition. The chair has a very good lumbar support and is very comfortable, I was able to seat for longer times without any pain, I still enjoy the use of this chair since I work from home almost every day of the month. I don't use the kneading massage option as I don't want cables going out of my chair to avoid a tripping hazard so won't be able to make a review on that. Was relatively simple to setup, I struggled a bit with the wheels - the instruction manual didn't mentioned that had to be "pushed" with a bit of an "Umph" but all worked in the end. My cats love my new chair too, they never sat on my previous chair. If you have pets, ensure to have a pet roller on your desk as the chair is a little bit of a pet hair magnet :)

    Easy to put together, but the best part is the lower back massage. Only down side is that you can move it the massage area to higher up on the back. Another down side is that the arm rest are not adjustable from what I could see

    So comfortable! And everyone in the family loves the massager bonus. Very easy to set up but having that extra hand to hold the backing in place while applying the screws is a must

    Better chairs for comfort, better massages out there too. this satisfies neither but also isnt terrible at all

    The chair is alright but the massaging mechanism is too hard on the back. If you place a cushion and then use the massage feature, you won't feel it. If you don't use a cushion then it kind of hurts the back. If you are buying solely for the massage feature then don't buy it.
