    The cables are already frayed. Onky used it a few times. Wish I could return it.

    The machine itself is not terrible but the overall design is very compact and the cable system on it is not reliable at all. The cable covers frayed after only a few uses. Dissapointed in the overall working of this product.

    Very disappointed with Best Buy service. I spent hours on phone to get the issue resolved but with no resolution. I even visited the store to get help and they sent me back to connecting with Best Buy on line. I had ordered this machine and we received only two packages instead of three as stated on the original packaging boxes. There was a mess up as fedex could not find the third package and Best Buy couldn’t track the where about of the third package. They could not even confirm how many packages left there warehouse. At the end I still have the packed machine in my garage as I tried to return it at the store and they said no to taking it. I am $400 in loss and I am very very upset.

    great machine for kids or seniors over 75. works well enough. Adequate for the price.

    So i received this as a birthday gift. Not only did it take months for it to be installed because Best Buy doesn't assemble gym equipment. And there wasn't a whole drilled for the arm swings on the left side.
