The bed itself is comfortable. It does not roll in all directions. You have to pick it up to get it through a hallway or doorway. After a handful of uses, one of the wheels broke off and the bed has to be propped up on that side. Poor quality for a wheel to break with such little use and the lack of being able to actually roll the bed is a big flaw. That being said, 3 stars because it is comfortable and does not move around while sleeping on it. Also, the directions were not clear as to which way the bars should be put on. There is a right way and a wrong way but you can’t tell that until the bed is together and the bars are not straight. The screws are easily ruined. But they did provide extra so it worked out. A small thing to mark the right/wrong way would make a world of difference. All that being said, it is comfortable, but the wheels are poorly made.
