Great item, really gets you sweating its hottest temp is 145° the wife and I take turns using it have had 0 complaints it does a fine job cant beat the price or value!

Great portable sauna. I live in an apartment, and have limited space, fortunately i have a walk in shower and it fits perfectly. There's no negative things i can say about this thing. I got it on sale, i use it twice a week. I try to keep it clean and it's easy to maintain.

Honestly… wasn’t sure what to expect. For what it is.. a pop up tent, with a chair .. and a steamer attached it’s fantastic. Keeps the hot air in. Gets all nice and steamy. Your skin gets moist and feels awesome and any hotter I wouldn’t be able to handle it, and I love the heat. Giving it a 5 star, it does what it says. It’s portable. It folds up fast. Takes up minimal space open and none when folded besides the steamer . And it wasn’t expensive.

The sauna has been nice to use. Unfortunately, the remote stopped working shortly after I got it. I've tried to change the battery several times and it still won't work. The unit itself still works, however. I contacted customer service today. They told me that I can bring my remote into Best Buy and they will replace it. I just left the store and they basically laughed at me and said the online customer service must have just been trying to get you to come into the store to buy more stuff... Because we don't have extra of those remotes in the store, and unless you bought a protection plan... There is nothing else I can do to help you. So I am less than impressed with the accuracy of the online customer service, as well as the in-store customer service.
