  • Costway brand has been our worst buy ever

    We bought this ice maker from costway store and it only worked once - since then, it stops making ice after first 10-12 pieces but keeps making noise as if is working but all it is doing is increasing your electricity bill. We bought costway brand microwave as well on same day and it simply never worked. This company’s tech support is almost non existent - email support sent me some video to try repairing myself but that did not work either. Please stay away from this brand and don’t throw away your money on their unreliable and unusable profucts.
