    Unfortunately this is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat on. The lumber support does not work or fit properly for me and the massage feature can barely be felt. The chair just doesnt sit properly for me at 5'6" and 170 lbs and it is causing back pain when I sit in it for an extended period of time.

    It tipped over three times on me already. just got it today seat pulse is too far back you lean forward and it will roll out underneath you
