Not the best but not the worst

It's not the most comfortable chair but I can sit in it while working all day without too many issues. The massage part is really a joke thought. I did replace the wheels with some roller blade wheels for chairs since I have dogs and the dog hair gets caught in the OEM wheels really easy.

Uncomfortable

The lumber support does not work or fit properly for me and the massage feature can barely be felt. The chair just doesnt sit properly for me at 5'6" and 170 lbs and it is causing back pain when I sit in it for an extended period of time.
