I hate best buy services and their products sucks. Been total tech member and its a hustle trying to speak to someone from third world country. My item arrive damange ,shipped by FedEx. Now i have to take this 150lbs back center wait until best buy get the broken one and then they can shipped me a new one

I have no idea what its like, today is December 14th. I ordered it a month ago and tracking has said out for delivery since November 15th. Getting information on an order from best buy is as hard as it is from FedEx.
