Customers are saying

Customers recognize that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is appreciated for its gameplay, portability, and overall fun experience, with some players highlighting the improved performance compared to the original PlayStation version. However, some customers find the game difficult and mention the controls could be improved. While some appreciate the updated visuals, others have noted concerns regarding resolution in handheld mode and the original level design. Despite these concerns, many players also appreciate the price and the nostalgic value of the game.

Crash Bandicoot fans out there should not pass up the chance to own the N.Sane trilogy on your Nintendo Switch! Although there are no new updates to the game that differentiate it from the Xbox and Playstation versions, it is nice to undock your Switch and take Crash with you on the go! The N.Sane Trilogy offers up the original three Crash Bandicoot titles from the Playstation era completely remastered. There are even two new never-before-released courses that are included with the game for those who are looking for an extra challenge. The graphics look great on the Nintendo Switch and I've already played through and completed the first two games (currently playing through the third entry) and having a blast reliving the memories from playing this game (and dying over and over) back on my Playstation. If you are a gamer looking for a challenge who has never played a Crash Bandicoot game before or someone looking to relive your gaming past (like me), make sure to pick this one up! Just prepare to use up those extra lives! :)

OMG - This game is exactly how I remembered it, but better! The graphics are perfect and the levels are just as fun now at 26 as they were at 12 (or however old I was when it came out). However, it does seem a little more difficult than I remember. It could just be all the alcohol catching up to me though!

Used to love the first game. Honestly, never really played the second two. But I started playing them and they're almost as good. Plus, nothing like having the ability to play these on the road. I bought this on PS4 also when I first became available, but this will be my go to because of the portability.

This takes you back to PlayStation days! Luckily for new players, the graphics are updated and they look so much better. Not an easy game. It can get so frustrating but you’ll have a fun time trying to beat it. It’s worth the amount. Something to play after a long day at work.

My 7 and 5-year-olds have fun playing this game although they do become frustrated at times with how challenging it is - especially my younger son. Leaps and bounds better than the game I remember from a couple of decades ago with many of the same features. Well worth the money spent on sale at 50% off.

Having the original Crash trilogy on one cartridge is great, but for the price its fantastic. Unique levels and variety in game play are easy high points. While the Crash games have not aged perfectly (little stiff on the controls), they have been visually overhauled to create a truly fun atmosphere.

I have played all Crash Bandicoot games and was excited to see them remastered for the Nintendo Switch. It is interesting to see the graphics not just in 2D animation. It takes a little bit to get the hang of the controls if you are used to the GameBoy versions, but it is still great.

I loved this game when I was a teenager, and now that I have a 7 year old son of my own, it is so cool to play the remaster with him. We pass off the controller and its a great experience playing through. Great game if your into platformers. And yeah, some levels can be hard, but it is worth it.

You really can’t go wrong with Crash Bandicoot. To have all three of the originals remastered and on the go with Switch is a little slice of heaven. Whether you played these on the original PlayStation or have never played them before, this collection is a must own.

Talk about nostalgic! Great memories playing this game on the original PlayStation and now being able to play it on the go on the Nintendo Switch has its benefits. Definitely recommend this game for the younglings to show how games were made back in the days

I bought this game originally on the PS4 and loved replaying through the original Crash games. When it finally released on the Switch, I jumped on it since the portable aspect that it provides. I will say that playing Crash Bandicoot on the go is amazing.

My wife insisted that I buy her this game. The game worked great but she didn't like to play such a challenge (I told her that was the point with Crash, but she disagreed). Game was good. Wife needs to practice.

I'm a huge fan of retro games. So this was a scary but exciting purchase for me. It's revamped graphics are beautifully done. The sound effects and music were left untouched, which is wonderful. So, should you buy it? That's the big question. The answer is easy. It depends on the type of gamer you are. If you enjoy retro games and don't take issue with difficult camera angles and retro gameplay, then yes buy it. The HD graphics are amazing but it's still true to the series. The graphics may throw you off at first but you will quickly get the hang of it. If you don't enjoy retro games, hate difficult camera angles and other retro pitfalls. Steer clear of this. I don't think there will be a big enough change to satisfy you. In fact I'm almost positive it would be very frustrating for someone that doesn't enjoy retro gaming or only has experience with modern gameplay.

Before you buy number 4 that was recently released, understand that this is where it all began. The gameplay is still awesome despite some flaws by today's standards. Practice much and you'll love the difficulty spikes and feel accomplished when you're done.
