Disappointing machine

Very disappointed in it. After getting it all set up, the machine wouldn't even turn on. We had to return it to the store.

Better options for the price

If you read Reddit and other forums, this model is plagued with issues ranging from lose screws to misaligned parts. There are some satisfied customers who appear to have machines that work well. Sadly, I was not one of them. My printer cannot print circles, no matter how many replacement parts they have sent me. Everything is oval shaped. And the layers shift at random times during the printing process. I paid for a technician to go over the printer and perform the necessary adjustments. There were loose screws in a few areas and the factory belt tensioners won’t hold their position.
