This is a good 3d printer machine. Has Ai Lidar for auto bed leveling. Make great 3d prints.

Great printer. Best Buy must have some of the older stock as this came with the previous gen extruder and new gen hot end. Leveling was around 1.0mm in variance from the factory. Pricing was amazing on this for black firday

I’ve used Creality FDM and SLA printers for over 5 years. I wasn’t looking for another printer or replacemrnt but the K1 max was recommended to me and its been awesome! From being pre-assembled, integrated camera and LIDAR bed leveling, to the fast ans accurate printing, I’ve been so happy with this purchase. I highly recommend!

So this isnt my first k1 max. My first 3d printer was a elrgoo meptune 4 plus and let me tell ya software sucked and required so much levelign that it got annoying amd i returned it. However with this being a non bed slinger it prints good and never have to constantly worry if your bed is leveled after each print!

Problems with bed mesh, due to a small plate the bed begins to warp, thus causing chaos for the z offset. Input shaping was recently fixed in a firmware update. Bed leveling however is still problematic. The nozzle digs into the bed, and terrible first layer. Creality is aware and will not have a fix until June.

Returned it and did what I should have done and got a bambu printer. Needed to remove the nozzle for cleaning. Followed the instructions until I got to the part where you have to remove the two small wires connectors. They were covered in so much glue that it was impossible to remove them. I tried to gently scrape the glue off so I could remove the plugs, but ended up breaking the thin wires and slicing my finger on the metal and plastic. WHY GLUE A PART THAT IS FREQUENTLY IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT OR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FOR CLEANING?
