For the price per performance this is perfect, I mostly use headphones and the headphone app on this card helps deliver extremely high quality audio.

The quality of the product touched my soul, lovingly! I am become engaged with the music I listen to. The price is even reduced from an already exceedingly affordable one; for the sort of tech this is: it may be one of the greatest investments for people whom have an option to fit it inside of their Computer! I am listening to more music, as an aspiring musician, and even playing mmy favorite video game with greater focus, maturity, and responsiveness to itself! I have some reference monitors (Rokit 5), which, too are music-industry technologies (Music Production) (i wonder if even places advertising only 5.1 (like HuLu) end up at 6.1 quality-wise with just this simple and affordable, a product.

Easy to install and configure. Sound quality is great and the price it right.

I built a new desktop gaming computer but the on board sound card did not have optical out. I use a Bose soundbar for my computer sound and it really works best with optical input. Since I had an extra slot, I got this sound card to solve that problem. My only complaint is that the outputs are stamped but not filled with ink so if you need to find the correct analog output or input, it takes looking it up online and counting ports to find where to plug in.

Easy to install. Provided a Toslink connection for use with my soundbar. Audio output is excellent; static and hum free.

Once installed was 1 issue with the mic not working.But after actually reading the the directions in the box it was resolved.. Updates for drivers was normal. Running high end headset that had issues with my amd audio driver but now resolved.

I've never been disappointed with a Sound Blaster product and this sound card carries on that tradition! It makes my 1,000+ watt THX certified 5.1 surround BANG! Very pleased.

Love Creative Lab products. East installation. Fast and easy setup. If you have a windowed case, itlooks great too!

Old but gets the job done quite well. I recommend this card. Since it is old it took me a bit to find the original software on-site.

This was just what I was looking for. It was very easy to install and get running

I read that you get interference if you have the card close to your gpu but wanted to try it out for clear sound. I gave it 3 stars because you do hear a noticeable sound difference from mobo. Reason i returned it was because of the constant hissing because of the lack of shielding.

A good soundcard at a very good price. Glad Best Buy had it in stock.

Gave it 4 stars because it claims to be compatible with alot of pcs, not so much mine. In fact it didnt work right from the get. Going to return it or keep it for a different build.

Ended up not being able to use it as it doesn't fit my computer.
