Had 2 replacements that would not work...& on going to Cricket, found it was the wrong type of SIM for my new phone!!! Ended up costing me more than I was supposed to save & found when it was too late to return this phone, it was not eligible for all Cricket services as I had not bought by it at Cricket!! I thought I had done all my homework & research & have been very inconvenienced & disappointed from this experience!!

Once you do get through any service issues which you have to just figure out yourself. Prices on cricket are fair and since it works on ATT, you'll be pleased with cell service. Would be 4 star if not for customer service being nonexistent.

The card was not registered as sold by the retailer and hence could not be redeemed at CricketWireless by any means and Cricket customer service could not help other than correctly diagnose the issue. Had to contact BestBuy customer service and got transferred to Mobile Department after explaining the issue. The person was very helpful, had to re-activate the card for it to work.
