Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing much to say except that you get what you pay for, meaning I bought the prepaid refill card and it worked. Had little difficulty figuring out how to load that amount to my Cricket account, tried from my Cricket mobile phone but it kept giving me some error about incorrect code. On their website it's not very intuitive to find place/option to load the card to your account but after bit of looking around, finally was able to load.

How I get discount on my cricket phone bill

I brought a few of those cards to stock up for the year. In the long run, I'm saving big money. Thanks bestbuy, please add more sales.

Easy to add funds!

What they don't tell you

Before I gave it to her she switched phone carriers, so I tried to return it, unused, and the back still intact. Best Buy refused to take it back, said once it was sold it was out of their hands, couldn't be returned. That may be true, and I'm more than willing to accept my responsibility. However, I do feel there is also a duty of Best Buy to inform customers making an online purchase when that item is not returnable. I have been unable to find any such disclaimer anywhere related to this card.
