Having a major issue getting it going.

Called support and they said that their system was having issues and for me to try again in a day or so. It's now been a week and still unable to load anything so they said I should take pictures of my cartridges and they would try to download them from their end. Gonna be kind of a drag since I've got over 50 cartridges. Hopefully they can do it or I will be forced to return the unit. Until I can use the unit I won't be able to rate anything about it.
