Ordered a new Cricut Maker 3 but looks like I received a used one. If you look at the images you can see the evidence of a previously used/opened box. I reached out to customer service and only received a partial refund of $19 based on this, but not what I was expecting. I shop at BestBuy all the time and never had an issue like this before. I asked the chat system if I can open the package to ensure everything was inside of it and it appears to be, however, the plastic film around the machine was definitely ripped open. I am reluctantly keeping the package as I am afraid that I will be blamed for the ruined/mangled box and wont receive a full refund. I also just canceled my Total Membership so I feel like I wont get the same level of protection. Would rate higher once I try the product but very disappointed with my experience so far. I am hoping all the pieces are there as I accounted for everything except the blade + housing. I am unsure what to look for for these pieces as I couldnt trust what was inside the box. Maybe I am missing the pamphlet that shows what is supposed to be in the box as well?

excellent cutting machine at low cos, It will work exactly on your cuts and is a good size for creating designs.

So far I have been very happy. There's definitely a learning curve but I think it's worth it.

The Cricut Maker 3 is so quiet, fast, and smooth. We purchased it because our old cutter kept tearing the paper or not cutting at all. This was able to cut even the most tiny and intricate cuts. We are really happy with it.

First, I like it. So far I haven't done much with it, because I've only had it a short time and am still learning how to use. Now that being said and this is nothing to do with Best Buy, this is pure Cricut. There aren't instructions of any sort with this machine. Nothing to tell you what button does what. Hours were spent, first hooking up to one computer and not being able to communicate to even turn it on. Then tried another cable, just in case. Nothing. Then a second computer and trying both the cable that came with machine, then additional cable. Then tried Ipad Pro. Nothing, wireless would work. Finally gave up and called for help. I hate calling for help. Give me a Chat. Give me a Website that is not signing me up for design tools and trying to sell me materials etc. After calling for help, learned what buttons were for and learned the machine needed a hard reboot apparently straight from box. Again Cricut, it would be nice to include something in the box to tell you these things. Or give you an instructional website. All of that and we finally were able to use the machine! First little test image was anticlimactic after hours spent just trying to connect the thing, but...heh. Now water under the bridge. Whew!

Purchased this item mainly because I had been told I would get 10% off my new TV if I opened a Best buy Credit-card. Ends up that was not correct. So I thought this would be a good way to spend the "award" credits I received in lieu of the above mentioned discount. The product has amazing reviews and seems to promise many hours of "fun" or "frustration" in the near future. The only complaint I have is that it did not come even with the most basic of instructions. Luckily, you tube has a zillion of videos you can spend hours on to find out how to use. Then I found some video on CRICIT's site. The other comment I want to make is that you can't use out of box. You need to purchase a whole bunch of supplies ( cutting knives for different materials, mats, "weeders" and then the supplies you want to use) to be able to get started. I did not have any experience with this, so am spending more $$$$ buying the necessities to be able use and be productive. It is a well made machine and I hope to have many years of costly fun ahead.

Works great! It’s fast and easy to learn to use and calibrate.

Unexpectedly started a small business with this. It has so many abilities that it’s so useful. One blade alone can handle a ton of tasks. The program is easy to get started with. You definitely have to research a smidge to learn more abilities, but worth it. My only downfall is you are at a 13” vinyl width on here when most non-cricut brand vinyls run at 12” so you HAVE to use a mat. I’ve personally mastered all this, but you’ll need to evaluate your expectations and do some research. Using cricut brand vinyl works great though. I just need more options in larger rolls from them.

Such a great addition to my craft room!! It’s easy to use (after watching a few tutorial video) and the product produced are awesome and uniquely creative!

Excellent Upgrading to the new circuit was worth it and it made all projects so much easier.
