Playing this on the switch takes me back to the first time I played it on the PSP many years ago. It's is such a fun game.

Great game that's definitely worth the price. The preorder steelbook is really cool too! It's worth buying if you're interested in the FF7 story.

It's simple, if you liked the original, on the PSP originally, or simply like Final Fantasy games as a whole, get this and know that it'll deliver. Even if you're on the fence or skeptical about Final Fantasy games and this is your first or first in a long time, it still delivers plenty well enough to validate itself. Get it, play it, and odds are you'll enjoy it.

Great Prequel to a beloved game. Plays well on the switch and is a game that many final fantasy vii fans should play.

Great price for the game. GameStop is charging 42 for a used copy not even brand new. Pro Membership Isn’t even worth it. Just come to Best Buy for switch games. Bought online pick up was smooth and very easy.

I will say that the Nintendo switch version is....NOT the best quality lol but the steel book was so beautiful I just got the switch version. it looks fine on handheld but when docked the quality is horrible and it lags. love this game tho. having the game with me always and just in general beats all the cons. :)

I love FF7, I used to play this on the psp! It's a great game!

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion in handheld mode, is an easy recommendation. It looks and runs well. The frame rate is half of current generation consoles, but it feels like a lot of effort went into making the Nintendo Switch version as good as it could be. This is complemented by HD Rumble that is a lovely addition.

They did a great job with this remaster, leveraging the engine from FFVIIR and smoothing out the gameplay. Significant improvement over the PSP version in all areas and lots of fun turning Zack into an absolute beast. We'll see what's in store for him next...

This game plays great on the Nintendo Switch. If you are a fan of the FF7 franchise then this is a title you shouldn't miss and you can take it on the go!

Excellwnt game remake, loved the original and the portability of the switch helped that nostalgia.

The game had many great quality of life improvements over its predecessor. I truly enjoyed playing this game for a second time. The visual chances were also very well done and highly appreciated. While the new English voice cast is, in my opinion, not the best, the choice of freely switching between English dub and Japanese dub was very appreciated as well. Overall it is a great game to sit back and enjoy or truly grind it out till the end.

Physical all day every day for the switch. Runs well and compares even to the PS4 version. Nab it on whatever console you play on and enjoy a prequel to the FF7 time-line.

So much fun! I’ve been playing on hard mode for about 4 hours and it’s safe to say that I’m addicted to this game. The graphics do take a little bit of a hit, but the portability honestly makes up for it in my eyes. If you want a challenge, play on hard mode.
