    So happy to have this on a system I can play it on finally. Glitchy a bit and some of the mechanics are a bit random. I’m enjoying being able to see this portion of the story for the first time

    This game is an awesome remaster of the PSP version that was released a long time ago. The game also runs great on the system and looking visually stunning.

    Gameplay, graphics, story, and soundtrack are all incredible. Only real complaint is the dialogue. It's often jarring but not a deal breaker.

    I finished the game for the story which was ok. But didnt have much fun while doing so. Nothing on best buys part. The game is just mediocre. Especially when compared to OG ff7 and remake

    Context: I did not play the original Crisis Core on PSP, but I love FF7 and its PS4 remake. Crisis Core Reunion is a neat little prequel package. It's pretty short, so I appreciate that Square priced this at $50 rather than the usual 60-70. The gameplay, I gather, has been updated to make combat more similar to the FF7 Remake, and I think it feels great to play. The real-time action is quick and snappy, and most encounters are over in 10-15 seconds tops. The environments, although simple, have a nice amount of visual polish and look nearly as good as those in the FF7 Remake. The story fluctuates between boring and hilariously dumb, but I knew to expect that from a Tetsuya Nomura joint. I don't think I'll be replaying this, but it's been a fun side chapter to tide me over while waiting for Remake: Part 2.

    Story is about 15 hours. Grindfeat after, about another 20. There is a looooot of grinding for the complestionists out there. Not hard but just annoying
