    This player is absolutely not worth picking up. Suitcase style turntables are horribly damaging to your records. It is more worth it to pick up an actual turntable. I had this for less than a week before I did research on vinyls and after I did I immediately invested in an Audio-Technica turntable and absolutely do not regret spending almost the same price for a better vinyl player that won’t damage my record.

    Thank you for completely ruining ANOTHER gift we were giving in this household. Two in one year. First an expensive bluetooth speaker and now this Crosley record player. PLEASE when delivering put the item in a seperate brown box so the person receiving the package off the porch doesn't see it. SO dissapointed. Will be considering not ordering from Best Buy in the future because of this.

    I ordered this item as a Christmas gift. I decided today to make sure it worked before I wrapped it. As I pulled it out of the box I could hear something rattling inside of it and after I had it all the way out of the box could see that it was smashed in on the bottom.

    Purchased this for my husband’s Christmas present. Got it out of the box husband grabbed his records. So excited. Then we quickly learned there’s no ac adapter. Can’t play it! Contacted the manufacturer, no response it’s been 15 days. I’m so upset abs heart broken.

    This product worked great for about an hour then it slowly stopped working. The turn table is very small so larger albums wobble on it making the sound warped.
