portable record player

Since it is a portable player and at this particular price point I can understand how much lower the quality is for this product. We returned it and bought something a little bit more expensive with much better sound quality.

First an expensive bluetooth speaker and now this Crosley record player. PLEASE when delivering put the item in a seperate brown box so the person receiving the package off the porch doesn't see it. SO dissapointed. Will be considering not ordering from Best Buy in the future because of this.

Got it out of the box husband grabbed his records. So excited. Then we quickly learned there’s no ac adapter. Can’t play it! Contacted the manufacturer, no response it’s been 15 days. I’m so upset abs heart broken.

I decided today to make sure it worked before I wrapped it. As I pulled it out of the box I could hear something rattling inside of it and after I had it all the way out of the box could see that it was smashed in on the bottom.
