I had very high hopes for this record player! Upon arrival, it is very beautiful. The wood finish is gorgeous and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. However, the sound leaves much to be desired. It’s crackly and distorted. The needle that comes with the player is literally plastic. The turntable itself is shaky and not stable. The settings seem to be off as well. Records just do not sound good on this. Overall very disappointed in this purchase. If you’re looking for something functional, the $30 suitcase players work far better. If you’re looking for something that looks nice but doesn’t work well, Crosley’s your company!

Sound is fabulous, plays records, cassette tape, c.d. and bluetooth sourced tunes. Has excellent sound, has a classic appearance. Most pleased with this purchase.

Got it for my father for Christmas he loves it we played records used the blue tooth played CD 's and my dad also likes the built-in radio he really enjoys his day time talk shows on am.

I love this product! It has great sound and is easy to use. I actually picked this one because my grandmother had it, I love that it now includes blue tooth capability.

A truly sound product which combines record player, CD player, radio and cassette player all into one just what is old timers need. Never thought that I would be playing our 33 1/3 again! Fair price also.

Love this piece! What stuck out the most for me was the authentic look in comparison to the old radios. Sounds great, easy to set up and use. Definitely worth the buy!

It's a really great player. We mostly use it to play vinyl and CD's. We had a Crosley previously before it broke down. The only downside it has is that it is difficult to take the CD out of the player.

System had good volume system but the CD feature did not work and could not get the cassette into slot. That was it and returned it.

Perfect for a small room to listen to records and cd. Haven’t tried the cassette yet because I don’t own any cassettes. Great value. Just what I was looking for.

IT WAS THE KIND OF MULTI SYSTEM W/ TURNTABLE THAT i WAS LOOKING FOR. I have more than 1 choice to use an entertainment choices that I own, now I can use my LPs cassetes, & CDs. & not have to discard them.

Love this! listen to my favorite radio station or vinyl records. My 18 month old granddaughter can't wait to hear the music. Got this on sale which made it even sweeter to listen to our favorites.

The sound is not good. Sounds like it’s dragging. Bought new vinyls so it’s not that. Contacted Crosley and they sent a different needle. Didn’t help. Asked for a return label and they said to contact Best Buy. I did that but never heard back. I guess wait till the store opens to return it. I still have the original box and order number.

We loved the look and versatility of this entertainment center, but there was a constant buzz when we played CD's. Thinking it was just a faulty unit, we returned it and requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the record player of the replacement unit was warped, and albums would move up and down with differing pressure from the needle when we played them. We returned that unit and are still looking for something.
