    This is my 2nd turntable for a separate setup in a different room. My other one is an Audio Technica base level. This Crosley is quite comparable with some add-ons and trade offs. The add-on is the ability to convert your vinyl to MP3. I initially viewed this as a nice-to-have, but now I am really glad to have it. Not every vinyl purchase comes with a download card these days so thru free software like Audacity you can rip the vinyl and take your tracks on the go (pretty clean quality too)! The tradeoff is that the arm functions are not fully automated. My Audio Technica has an automated arm which lifts and places itself. The Crosley needs to be placed manually. It's not a huge deal but would be more convenient if the arm were auto-mated. All in all this is a solid, no-frills turntable with some nice extra functionality to convert your vinyl to MP3.

    Works as expected. I've only had it a couple of weeks but plays my old records which I haven't done in years very well.
