First Time Record Player Buyer, Very Disappointed

The first time I turned it on, I saw the ON/OFF light indicator light up for a second, and then that was it, It won't turn on at all. Very disappointed, definitely will go with something that's higher in quality.

The needle on there did not work? I’d drop it on the track and it would drag straight to the center of the record, scratching the vinyl. Speaker sound quality was also terrible.

I was advised by an employee to not get this brand in general. It will ruin your records. Now I understand why it was at this price.
