You get what you pay for. The sound quality was abysmal at best. Sounds like you are listening to a tin can. Returned it right a way.

My daughter was so excited when she got this turntable but very disappointed when she heard the sound. We tried different speeds and different setting and still nothing.

Love the simplicity and the design but the sound is tinny and under-whelming. Small cheap blue-tooth speakers sound better than this!

after manipulation of the "tone" or "speed" dial you will be amazed at the clarity of sound. very pleased with this product. a lot of bang for the buck and a great alternative to a real turn table, amplifier, speaker mega-bucks system. go for it !!

Pretty terrible. Here's my list of problems I have with this, and why I'll be returning it: - Built-in speaker quality is terrible. This wouldn't be too much of a problem if the sound over the RCA output wasn't just as terrible. There's practically no bass at all! - The built-in speaker doesn't disable when outputting to speakers. Why? It just muddles up what's already pretty poor audio quality. - The aux and bluetooth are only INPUTS. Why?!? The whole point of getting one with bluetooth is to play my records over wireless speakers. They included bluetooth with the idea that I would connect my phone to it and listen to my digital music over the pitiful built-in speaker? This makes absolutely no sense. - The platter doesn't spin at the right RPM. There's a fine-tuning knob to help speed it up or slow it down to get it playing at the right speed/in the right key, but it's inconsistent from record-to-record (or even from side-to-side of a single record). - The platter is also pretty flimsy, so even once you get it spinning at the right RPM, the pitch wobbles because the record doesn't stay level while it's spinning. Save your money, folks.

so i was really excited, i’ve been wanting a record player for a while now. i did my homework and this one seemed to generally have good reviews. i go pick it up in store and i’m really happy. i get home and open it up and the actual turn table was extremely lose and my vinyl looked “wavy” because it was so lose, for $70 you think you’d get better quality. i will give it 2 stars because the speakers were ok for the price.
