Great SATA SSD

I use them in the SSD tier of a tiered-storage pool. I haven't really done any tests on them to see how good they deal with sustained writes. I believe MTBF is pretty good too, meaning they should last for a good number of writes.

Give new life to old PC with this SSD and some ram

I bought a Samsung Evo for a hp laptop a year ago, and now for a Dell optiplex 7010 this crucial bx500 (Intel i5 gen 8), added the max ram 16 GB allowed and this SSD. I feel very happy. Kids are enjoying it. Turn on fast, opens programs and files with no delay.

Maybe an hour which is way faster then my old WD Gaming card and flash drives.

This went in and installed win 10 like a champ. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend.
