My personal choice for the PS5. U need a HEATSINK!

Through my testing of 5 or more drives the speeds are negligible at best. I would highly recommend purchasing this drive and the warranty. It's still cheaper than the other options and your covered. You def need a heatsink with this drive or any other drive you put inside of your PS5. I would recommend a double sided heatsink that fits with the thin metal plate. Those combined will provide you the best thermals for your purchase.
