I rebuilt a Acer Nitro with a Samsung 980pro 2tb with this to back it up and a 3050Ti Nvidia. That thing is a TANK now. (According to benchmark its a nuclear sub..) XD

It is used by the CPU (Central Processing Unit) to store data temporarily during calculations. As always more is better. Faster is better.

Great for the cost but it is hitting the upper end of capabilities for DDR4.

For most of us 64Gb of RAM is overkill by 32Gb, even if you are running multiple programs in the background while doing work or gaming, having this amount of RAM is currently pointless. I have never seen my PC go over 18Gb of RAM in use with 1 game running and never above 27Gb with a game and multiple other apps running. My PC has a 5900x, said 64Gb Ram 4Tb NVmE and an Nvidia 4070 Super running on a freesync ultrawide curved monitor. Hope the info helps someone at some point. Good day.

Bought two sets for my Ryzen VM Server

So, I lowered the speed and off I went! Multiple 32+ GB RAM allocated VMs run without a hitch, no errors or freezes. Shared virtual video RAM also not a problem. While not ECC, it performs extremely well ina light-weight server capacity.

Amazing Budget RAM

No fancy RGB but it does the job and some. Good budget ram to get your computer loading faster
