We use them for Time Machine backups, photo and music storage. Very fast and easy transfers, small enough to fit in your pocket and reasonably priced.

got this for a friend so he could move all his videos and photos from his phone to it so his phone could have more room and it works great

Super small, compact. Can fit in your pockets and is super easy to carry around. It is crazy to have an SSD compatible, USB-C portable drive. Highly recommend Crucial. They have been around forever and I have never had issues with them.

After samsung stopped making the older quality T5 drives I started looking for an alternative so I looked at this one the speeds are great and the build quality doesnt feel plasticy like the t5 overall great drive and capacity for the price.

Exceptional for the size of this product, I'm using it for, among other data, for video, which transfers very quickly and then will stream perfectly, directly from the external drive. I can highly recommend this product!

Fast and secure transfer. It tastes right up with the more notably known brands and doesn't disappoint. Lightning fast and gives instruction when using a computer and how to use it to it's fullest. It can be used with most sources where space could be a burden

I got this as a convenient little device to hold important documents and a backup of things that were previously only backed up to iCloud/OneDrive, etc. It does the job well and is unobtrusive.

Ive been waiting for these to come out and when I saw them in the store, I was surprised by the size. I needed it to plug into my Blackmagic camera and it fits the clamp on my camera rig perfectly. This rivals samsungs.

The encryption method is software based, not hardware based. Thats a bit misleading.
