Decent ssd for the price. Bought it to have a spare hard drive for my laptop.

I bought this Soley to download movies and watch them on the tv and it did exactly what I desired. All I needed to do was format it to the Tv (if needed) then factory reset all the setting and it worked.

I actually have 2. One for my son for gaming, the other has a backup of my computers and I use it if I need to hold on to them information for work to CYA.

Got this mainly for my xbox series x to use as a media device . So have my movies , Roms, anime all in one Works GREAT for that . However… tried using this on my ps5 as a external hard drive and got blackscreens and system errors/Timeout (during transfering games and downloading). So PS5 users beware . Other than that Solid device for your buck

Excellent back-up and I am pleased to know that my documents are secured and not comprimised. I would definitely recommmend to anyone considering buying it.

the product is small & a good value for the money. My issue was I thought I could password protect the X6, There is no information on how to do it. I called & emailed the vendor & they sent me a canned form by email giving me nothing to help. They recommended software on their web site but I didn't want a trial piece of software which will charge me later. NO. Most other competitors give the consumer FREE software. The other software they offered, storage executive, didn't work after 4 attempts to download it. Error message every time so i just removed it from my computer. Emailed multiple time with useless help. Bottom line horrible vendor customer service, Product is OK though.

It works just as advertised, but when my computer goes to sleep the drive for some reason disappears. Not sure if this is a normal thing or it's just me.

Thanks to the associate that helped me, I was able to purchase this to store photos from my phone.

Amazingly fast external drive, and it's so small. Easily didy in a shirt pocket, or small pocket on a backpack.

It is fine for short reads and writes, but initially when I transferred 450 MB to this drive, it slowed down considerably as I transferred the data. It seems fine now that I have transferred my files. I was getting nervous during the transfer as it was so slow!

I purchased this to replace a defective backup drive. It was a little difficult to get it connected but so far it is exactly what I neederd. The cost was great.

I haven't used the external harddrive yet but the price and reviews are great. It was recommended by a Geek Squad rep.
