Small, easy to use and fast for the price it is at.

I´m very happy with my new external USB, one of the reason is very light, fast and portable. thank for this beatiful ítem, the form is ergonomic to my hand, soft and like the black color.Many of colleage ask it me where I bought it and of course I´told them in Best BUY. Regards Edna

I could accommodate my data from old Laptop this device. The devise is working smoothly and trouble free. Instead of carrying my LAPTOP I can carry this which can be kept in POCKET.

I needed space on my computer this did the truck. I had my hard drive cluttered with fonts for my crafting. This cleaned it up quick way more storage now

I have been using this drive for about 19 months without any problems. It's very reliable, very compact. Highly recommend. I have been using Crucial products for about 20 years, memory DIMMS, SSDs - I have never had a problem with their products.

I store and regularly edit photos from this SSD with Mac and it works very well. No issues with latency even with heavy photo editing. A great choice for photographers at this price point.

I picked up this drive to store my PS4 games for my PS5 to free up the internal drive for actual PS5 games. Since it's an SSD, it loads games faster than a standard HDD drive would, but I don't have benchmarks to say exactly by how much. The PS5 had no problem recognizing it, and this drive will also work for storing Xbox One/360 games for playing backwards-compatible games on the Series X and S. It's nice to have an extra 1 TB of space with how large video game installs are getting. Note that I bought this before the update went live when you can add an internal PCIe 4.0 SSD drive to the PS5, so it might be worth looking at those if the price isn't much higher than this. If you go that route, you can install PS5 games directly to the 4.0 SSD drive and play them, but you cannot play PS5 games or Series X|S games directly off this external drive.

This thing is fast! I am able to transfer large files from my 990 pro to my crucial x6 in a matter of seconds. Also very easy to use as its just plug and play. Very happy with this product.

This small Crucial External USB is a life saver. I was able to download over 4,000 pictures and video to this small USB with so much space still leftover.

I am using it between my laptop, desktop and my iPad Pro. It works seamlessly between the three devices. I have played movies with it on my iPad and there is no delay. I like that I can carry the device in my shirt pocket since it is small in size.

Transfer speeds are consistently within the reported range. Two of the three drives we bought have been carried in backpacks several days a week for the past six months or so and they're still working well. So they seem durable enough, some portable drives haven't held up so well. My only real complaint is the packaging. The retail package is flimsy (card stock paper type material). Since BB ships pretty much everything in bubble mailers, regardless or fragility or value, the retail box will likely be crushed and rough looking when you receive it. We ordered three that arrived in three separate mailers, retail packing on all three was crushed and torn looking. So if you plan to give one as a gift and want it to actually look new, you better pick it up in store. The thin retail box doesn't hold up well to bubble mailer shipping. Other brands of external drives that have actual cardboard retail boxes survive BB's shipping much better.

Got as a gift for a friend, good price, and he says it’s super fast. Definitely reccomend especially if you plan to run games off it.

Excellent portable hardrive has 1T of space and was super handy when i needed to back up everything on my laptop. Definitely needed and so glad i purchased
