I recommend this small size external SSD 2TB from Crucial for best at storing games on PS5.

It is decent, but it seems to corrupt easier in EXfat format than other ex-fat formatted external SSD drives I’ve used but the size is nice and its a good value on sale. If you are going to use it more regularly for reading and writing files, then maybe formatting it to NTFS would be a good idea before you start using it.

Outstanding portable drive. Excellent for data backups or mirror image backups using the software available for free from the vendors website. Easy to use and fast.

I was using a typical external hard drive for music in the car. Apparently it wasn’t rugged enough for all the handling back-and-forth between computer and vehicle. When it failed, I started shopping for replacement. I’ve been buying crucial memory for over 20 years, so I was pleased to see they had a solid-state hard drive for about the same price for the same capacity. it has been a champ so far and I keep adding more content all the time. The interface cable is standard USB-A with a removable adapter to be USB-C recommended.

Good price, easy to use, I ended buying three. Only time will tell if I have to use them to retrieve my back-up files.

Solid drive, nice form factor, and it's just what it says it is. I haven't speed tested or anything, but I can say I'm hitting it hard with big files, big transfers, and there's no errors and I'm not disappointed.

It's fine if you don't do videos. I caught the deal of the day where the version with less storage was on sale. If you do video and do then in 4k maybe look into investing into more storage. This however should be fine with basic needs.

Nice backup plan and easy to use. I had some issues on my old computers and this came in handy.

Compact and fast but build could be better. It comes with a usb-c cable and an adapter for usb-a. Its light weight adn the case is plastic thats a bit slippery so you have to be careful handling it but overall its a great drive.

I purchased this to use as a Time Machine drive for my M2 Mac Mini. It works exceptionally well, and is tiny enough to not clutter up my desk. In fact, I liked it so much we bought a bunch for work!

Very fast compared to a mechanical hard drive. Uploads and downloads are super fast. We use it to back up our computers. It’s so light we have it taped to the side of the towers.
