Geek Squad was able to recover 90% of my documents but they highly recommended that I switch over to using an external USB. I am very please with the purchase.

Works fine, but gives errors on start up sometimes that the data is corrupt and needs to repair. Not sure if that’s a PS5 issue or the drive.

I can’t recommend it at it's regular price due to some performance issues, write was around 100 MB/s never going over that. It also tends to run hot.

Could be any number of faults though, so i dont blame the product, great harddrive!

However, I did need help with set up and found an individual on Youtube who walks you through the entire setup of the external drive. I installed it on my Mac.
