    Yes, I know Samsung has the market cornered on prebuilt SSD external drives with their T3/T5/T7 series hard drives. But Crucial makes a fantastic 1TB SSD external drive and this X8 is proof! Fast transfer speeds, includes USB Type-C adapter, and fits in my PC repair toolkit quite nicely. Buy it!

    I am using this to backup a macbook and it is an excellent drive so far. I have ordered from Crucial for years at work doing the computer upgrades, it is good to see them available in the bigbox stores, they are a good, quality, reliable brand. This is a solid looking and feeling drive.

    Very small and portable drive with really fast speed downloading to and from. Been using it to back up photo files from my laptop and it's been very reliable. I love how fast it backs up tons of gigs, so much time saved!

    Great external hard drive. Well worth the price. Has excellent read and write speeds. Using it to back up laptop but it could easily be used for other tasks, even hooked up to a console

    This little guy is a nice little carry-all. I have it in a padded carry case just to make sure. You can use it with a PS5 if you want to carry PS4 game files without taking up room on the hard drive - lord knows the PS5 game files are huge. Your mileage may vary. It's also one way to take ripped movie files with you if you're traveling and such. Just make sure you have the right connecting cables.
