Poor customer service

USB-C charging cord does not last over a year without breaking. Only complaints are on the store staff. Customer service in store is poor; geek squad is not patient with customers who are not tech savvy.

Recognized Immediately by my M1 Mac Mini

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have used PC's for 40 years (DOS 2.1) and finally I'm switching to a Mac. (Son upgraded so I got his 4 year old one.) Have a 3 TB Seagate USB External drive that I use for backup but it's NTFS format which won't work with the Mac. Was going to move all of the files off, reformat the Seagate to Exfat which the Mac will read then put the files back. (Files are mostly Word, Excel, PDF and JPG files so the Mac shouldn't have a problem reading once the can read the format.) Ended up getting this 2TB USB-C drive which will work directly with both the PC and the Mac. Just need to pickup a USB-C to USB adaptor since the PC is strictly USB.
