EXTERNAL SSD FOR THE WIN!

Crucial SSD external drive is SMART enabled

Apparently Sandisk took away SMART feature on the WD external SSD drives when Sandisk took over the WD SSD external drives . This Crucial drive is SMART enabled.

It is advertised that it has encryption for security protection. I could not find it so I contacted Crucial and they it does not! They also said to use bitlocker on windows. I have Windows 11 Home and it does not have bit locker.
