If you are looking for an arcade racer that is fun and short, this is it! This is just a pure arcade racer. If you were a fan of the old cruisin games, you will enjoy this one.

An arcade classic finally came to the Nintendo switch. If you like fast driving games like Asphalt and Burnout, this game is worth adding to your collection. Graphics and game play action are pretty decent.

Port of the incredibly popular arcade of the same name. I expected this port to run a little slower due to the hardware limitations of the Switch but I was pleasantly surprised by the optimization. Racing aspect is fun, challenging at times. AI difficulty really ramps up in the harder modes. Only negative is that there is NO ONLINE CAPABILITIES. Would have been perfect for a big time racing game like Cruis'n Blast.

The latest entry in the Cruis'n series, which previously released exclusively to arcades, is a blast on Nintendo Switch. Fast gameplay unique tracks, and lots of unlockable!

This is a great game for kids under 10 or just people wanting to enjoy a good arcade racer. It has plenty of nostalgia for me, as I grew up when Cruizin USA first came out. Both of my sons absolutely love playing it and the skill challenge is there but not overbearing at all, just a good time to be had. They also love the unlockables and there are plenty of things to keep you playing.

Great item - fun game for everyone in the family. You should add it to your library.

skate board with a car! Chuck e cheese arcade. Simple car collection but go figure they usually bland with decent graphics. The levels are like a monster truck course but you car don't break. totally has its own sense of touch very unique art design on the front of the case .

Nintendo’s arcade racing hit that’s not Mario Kart or F-Zero returns in an all new entry in the Crusin’ series. Fans who grew up with an N64 or walked into an arcade playing Crusin’ USA, Crusin’ World, and Crusin’ Exotica will remember the fast paced wackiness of driving a car through states to planets reaching the finish line. In Crusin’ Blast, players will return choosing a car of their choice, select a location and race against 10 other cars to reach 1st place. Throughout these races, players must drive through the streets and cities filled with objects, hair pin turns and ramps that will send the car flying through the course. Speed up your vehicle by drifting onto other racers, or on speed boosters to bypass the competitors, along the way, there are keys to collect that will allow the player to unlock new vehicles and money to upgrade your car or purchase an unlocked vehicle. But in order to upgrade the car, the player must win a race to gain experience to level up. It will take a few races to level up, but it’s not too much to grind. There are three modes to play on, Tour mode, Arcade mode and single player mode. In Tour mode, race through 4 countries in different crazy themes from police cars to UFOs, in Arcade mode, play the original at home and in single player mode, players can race through any country and theme once each cup is unlocked. While the game is short, Cruisn’ Blast has the classic arcade style feel that fans of the Crusin series will come back to again and again.

The Positives: + A genuine arcade racer available to play at home + Runs well + Supports 4-player split screen + Simple, tight controls + The cash and key collectibles add some replay value + A solid selection of vehicles (er, most of them are) + Over-the-top in the best way The Drawbacks: - Track variety/quantity could be better - The AI on higher difficulties can be irritating - No online play or leader boards Overview: Cruis'n Blast is a real throwback to arcade racing, for both good and bad, but mostly good. A wacky selection of vehicles (some aren't vehicles at all!), over the top action that feels like a mix of older Cruis'n titles and the likes of Burnout, and the visual and sound package all contribute to nailing the arcade racer feeling. It can be enjoyed with up to 3 others locally in split-screen, but as of this writing (Dec. 14, 2022) there's no online play or leader boards. It would have been nice to see some more tracks, too, but there's a reasonably good package here for arcade racing fans. Oh, and obligatory CRUIIIIIIIISS'NNN, BABY GO CRUUIISS'NNN (seriously, this game's theme song will NEVER leave your head!)

Super fun and super easy to control! If you like arcade racers then this game is fantastic! Colorful and lots of vehicles to unlock! No online play, however.

Just like if I was playing the game in the store. Easy for the kids to play.

Arcade fun in your house family will love playing this game

Definitely a fun game, brings back memories from the arcades at malls, theaters, etc. growing up. Been a fun time playing and interesting the different vehicles you can unlock. I hear there’s a unicorn? It’s a blast!

Best racing game ever. 4 player fun with friends/family. 60 fps gives you that arcadr feeling. I can also confirm, Nintendo Switch Mario Kart Racing Wheel Pro Deluxe by HORI works with this game. So you can get the full arcade experience at home.

This game captures that nostalgic feel of the old games, just with updated graphics. Those huge track jumps are insane!

So, I was looking for an arcade style racer to play. I wanted something that wasn’t as complex as Gran Turismo or Forza, although I like those games as well. Cruis’n Blast is exactly what I wanted. I do wish it had a few extra features, like some online play modes. It reminds me of the old school N64 Cruis’n games from years ago. I enjoy it for what it is… fun.
